Stop Wasting Time in Meetings!

Technology is constantly speeding up the pace of business: Decisions once delayed for weeks are now made in seconds thanks to internet communication. Computer analytics puts real-time market information at our fingertips. Transactions can occur anywhere, any time.

Logic holds that businesses that can’t keep up will be left behind.

“Just to keep pace, businesses must develop organizational agility, and it’s absolutely critical if they want to do more than just survive,” says Mike Richardson, author of Wheel$pin: The Agile Executive’s Manifesto: Accelerate Your Growth, Leverage Your Value, Beat Your Competition (www.mydrivingseat.com).

Organizational agility is being able to move quickly and decisively, and one of the biggest obstacles is unproductive, time-wasting meetings he says.

“They start late, run long, and don’t achieve much,” he says. “But meetings are the backbone of an agile business.”

He offers these tips for developing agile meetings with traction:
• Map your meeting: Create a standing agenda and a master spreadsheet with tabs relevant to each agenda item with the expected inputs, throughputs and outputs. That way, the meetings are easy for the chairman to run because everything is crystal clear.

• Set the mood: Set the tone for the energy level by playing a video or music. You can tell a story, read a quotation, or be unpredictable and create a surprise factor.

• Spark creativity: Frame the purpose of the meeting as a question: How do we best …? Questions get the human brain thinking more quickly.

• Document the action live: Instead of taking notes, editing them and distributing them afterward, save time by capturing everythingelectronically in real time. You can project action items for all to see during the meeting, and keep them in a master spreadsheet hosted on your server for easy access by all.

• Time-box everything: Meetings should last 45 minutes, from 5 after the hour to 10 minutes to the hour. Allot time for each agenda item and especially for presentations. Get people used to the fact that you will guillotine anything which runs over. When you challenge people to figure out how to get things done in the time allotted, you will be amazed at how they can.

• Leverage the wall-space: Wall space is one of the most underutilized assets in your business. Have the standing agenda on the wall, creative problem-solving frameworks, your core values, key elements of your strategic plan, inspirational quotations, etc., all in a format large enough for you to refer to during the meeting.

• Generate input: Have everyone take a minute to write down an idea relevant to the agenda item. Go around the table and allow each person to share his or her idea, or break into pairs or triads to discuss the ideas and report back. (Remember to allot time for each step of the process.)

• Get fast consensus: Once the options are on the table, facilitate the group toward fast decisions with statements and questions like: “I’m leaning toward this …”; “Does anyone have a violent objection to that … ?”; “Can everyone get behind that?”; and then move them into fast action:“How would we best do that?”

“Agility is the ability to be constantly looking for opportunities to move forward toward goals while planning for problems,” Richardson says. “It’s being able to capitalize on fleeting opportunities, rebound from problems and make decisions on the turn of a dime.”

That doesn’t happen in businesses where executives and workers are bogged down by burdensome systems, procedures and time-wasting meetings stuck in minutiae, he says. Instead of shooting forward when they press on the gas, they go into a futile wheel$pin.

Creating agile meetings is one big step toward creating an agile organization which is in traction.

Statement by John Arensmeyer, founder and CEO of Small Business Majority, regarding president’s plan to aid small businesses by reforming tax code, eliminating corporate loopholes

The president’s tax reform plan announced today is exactly what small business owners have been asking for. It will create a more level financial playing field for small and large firms, promoting healthy competition that stimulates the economy.

The president’s framework for reforming the tax code will eliminate dozens of loopholes that consistently leave small businesses paying an unfair share of taxes. It will also simplify the tax filing process for small business owners, whose valuable time needs to be spent building their business so they can create jobs and grow the economy.

Our national opinion polling found 91 percent of small business owners believe multinational corporations’ use of loopholes to avoid paying taxes is a problem, and three-quarters say their own business suffers when large companies don’t pay their fair share of taxes. When asked what would do the most to create jobs, small business owners chose eliminating incentives to move jobs overseas.

The president’s announcement today shows entrepreneurs’ voices are being heard. If they’re going to live up to their potential as our nation’s leading job creators and put America back to work, lawmakers must help them by leveling the economic playing field.
Who is the Small Business Majority?

“Dear Editor,

I promise you that one of the great joys of being a grandfather is watching children learn to read. Upon just that — helping every child become a real reader — rests the very future of community and country.

In advance of a major Movement early literacy initiative to be announced in the months to come, Carol Jenkins Barnett, the vice chair of The Movement; Mo Abety-Gutierrez from The Children’s Trust, and I and many others traveled to Bonita Springs to participate in the 12th annual Celebration of Reading. That’s the gathering hosted by former Governor Jeb Bush; he and his sister Dorothy Bush Koch now lead the Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy.

The day included an insightful policy discussion on family literacy featuring Sharon Darling from the National Center for Family Literacy; Jeanne Allen, president of the Center for Education Reform, and Florida Commissioner of Education Gerard Robinson. I especially remember Gov. Bush saying, ‘A high-quality pre-K program really matters.’ Amen.

Everywhere I turn these days, people are getting the message of early learning and growing readers. It is encouraging.”

The Children’s Movement of Florida

Jane was not looking forward to going through her parents’ belongings to get their house ready to sell. Their health had been failing for some time and they finally agreed to move to a retirement community. Now that they were both comfortably moved into their new apartment, it was up to Jane to get rid of the things they no longer needed.

Her parents had lived in the same house for more than 50 years, so Jane expected to find things that should have been tossed out years ago. But she was amazed to discover 50 years of tax returns and bank statements carefully stored in boxes in the attic. Her parents had saved all their financial records!

Many people are confused about what records they need to keep and for how long. They hold onto tax returns, bank records, brokerage statements and other financial information simply because they don’t know if they’ll need it again. Like Jane’s parents, the documents get packed in boxes that eventually take over valuable living or storage space.

Financial planner Rick Rodgers, author of The New Three-Legged Stool: A Tax Efficient Approach To Retirement Planning (www.TheNewThreeLeggedStool.com), says tax time is a great time to get organized.

“Most people are going through their records to get ready to file their return,” he says. “This is the time to get smart about what you need to keep and then set up a system to store it efficiently going forward.”

Rodgers suggests these five steps to help you effectively organize your finances for 2012 and beyond:
1. Out with the old – Discard the records you no longer need: Tax returns older than seven years; bank records and credit card statements that are not related to the tax returns you’re keeping; brokerage statements that aren’t related to purchases of current holdings. Be sure to shred all your old documents before throwing them out.

2. Go digital – Convert the documents you plan to save into digital images that are stored on your hard drive. Invest in a good scanner and scan as you go through your paperwork, shredding and tossing the hard copies as you go. On your computer, file by tax year, so your 2011 folder will contain your tax return for 2011 and all pertinent bank records and receipts. Organize the previous six years the same way. Next year you can delete the oldest folder when you add the 2012 folder.

3. Save a forest – All of the financial institutions you deal with would prefer to send your statements electronically. Stop receiving paper statements. Instead, download your statements electronically and store them in your new filing system. Most banks and credit card companies keep at least a year’s worth of statements available. You need to download these files only once a year to complete the year’s file.

4. Save backups in case of emergency – Make backup copies of your files on a CD. Choose a CD-R (recordable) as opposed to a CD-RW (rewriteable), because CD-R cannot accidentally be overwritten. Depending on your computer operating system, you may be able to continue adding data to a CD-R each year, until the CD is full. However, some operating systems won’t allow that, so you’ll need a new CD for each year.

5. Go paperless – Your new electronic filing system can be expanded to include all your financial records, from car maintenance receipts to pay stubs. Wills and insurance policies can also be scanned and stored but, of course, keep the originals of those in a safe deposit box or fireproof safe.

Gone are the days of saving your financial documents in box and shoving it into the attic. Technology advances have made organizing your personal finances easier with minimal cost. Make 2012 the year you get organized by moving your finances into a 21st century filing system.

OCZ Technology Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:OCZ), a leading provider of high-performance solid-state drives (SSDs) for computing devices and systems, today announced the immediate availability of the OCZ-SANRAD VXL enterprise
storage accelerator, delivering flash caching and VMware acceleration for virtualized environments including VMware(R) ESX and Citrix(R) Xen.

OCZ-SANRAD VXL drastically alters the available options for storage in the enterprise datacenter by allowing any PCIe-based OCZ Z-Drive R4 model including the newly introduced Z-Drive R4 CloudServ(TM), to be utilized as a accelerator for traditional iSCSI and FC storage. This eliminates the need for costly tier-1 SANs in a wide range of enterprise IT infrastructures from application virtualization to virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).

As part of this launch, OCZ will be arranging live demonstrations on-site with enterprise customers to showcase how data can be accessed by virtual machines up to 25 times faster than a traditional SAN alone, while also allowing seamless migration of virtual machines from one physical host to another without loss of access to the flash cache or a
cliff-like performance drop. As an example, in virtual desktop infrastructure, VXL and the Z-Drive R4′s flash based storage is able to complete boot storms of hundreds or even thousands of users significantly faster than what is achievable with typical SAN storage.

“Combining OCZ-SANRAD VXL software together with the Z-Drive R4 PCIe SSD enables the delivery of a complete virtual performance system for enterprise customers looking to efficiently distribute flash resources across virtual machines to maximize the performance of their key applications,” said Dr. Allon Cohen, VP of Marketing-Enterprise, OCZ Technology. “In contrast to other caching solutions, the Z-Drive VXL bundle does not require agent or driver installation on each VM. And, because cached data is treated as a virtualized storage entity, it can be migrated seamlessly between ESX servers along with the virtual volumes without performance loss. The result is a replacement for tier-1 SAN based storage that can be deployed seamlessly into existing infrastructures that is both simpler and more cost effective to maintain.”

VXL fully supports VMware vMotion(TM), and guarantees cache migration where cached data is treated as a virtualized storage entity and can be migrated between VMware ESX servers along with the virtual volumes without performance loss. For ESX, Microsoft(R) Hyper-V(TM) and Citrix XenServer(TM) hypervisors, VXL does not require separate operating system agents to be installed in each virtual machine like other solutions, simplifying IT management and deployment from one central system. VXL ensures automatic support for any OS supported by the hypervisor including all modern versions of Microsoft Windows(R), all major Linux distributions, OpenSolaris(TM), and FreeBSD among others.

VXL provides robust tools for enterprise IT management including integration with VMware vCenter(TM) virtualization management console, as well as Storage Pro software for remote consolidated management of any OCZ Z-Drive R4 and CloudServ in the datacenter. Additionally, VXL provides dynamic policy-based caching tuned specifically for critical
applications including Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL Server, and other enterprise-class server applications. With these enterprise IT management features, VXL transforms the way storage is managed in the cloud and in enterprise-class datacenters.

OCZ is now demonstrating the exciting Z-Drive R4 and VXL virtual performance system solution to clients. To arrange a live demonstration please contact your OCZ Account Manager, or new customers can get in touch with our enterprise team directly here.

Molycorp’s earlier-than-expected start up strengthens the company’s positioning for an on- time ramp to phase 1 production later this year.

Molycorp, Inc. (NYSE: MCP) today announced that the sequential start-up of the new Project Phoenix rare earth manufacturing facility at its flagship Mountain Pass, California operation will begin this week and includes the following operations and plants:

Active mining at a full mine production rate of approximately 2,800 short tons of fresh rare earth ore has been underway for several weeks.

Mechanical completion of the new Crushing Facility has been achieved and fresh ore will be introduced.

Mechanical completion of the initial Cracking Facility has been achieved, steam testing has been completed, and feedstock from stockpiled material will be fed into the system.

Liquid natural gas (LNG) has been trucked to the site and offloaded into the onsite storage terminal. The LNG system associated with the Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant will be pressurized and the first test firing of the turbines in the CHP plant will occur. LNG is being used for start-up operations until pipeline natural gas becomes available upon completion of current construction of a feeder line to the facility, expected to be completed in April of this year.

Other operations in the Project Phoenix facility that will be brought online over the coming months include the following: milling and mineral extraction; expanded cracking; impurities removal; rare earth oxide separations; product finishing; and paste tailings processing and storage.

“The launch of Project Phoenix’s sequential start-up is occurring well ahead of our April 1 deadline, and represents the accomplishment of a critical milestone in our project,” said Mark A. Smith, Molycorp President and Chief Executive Officer. “When this new manufacturing facility is complete and running at full capacity, it will be the most technologically advanced, energy efficient, and environmentally superior rare earth facility in the world.”

Molycorp also confirmed that it remains on track to achieve its full Phase 1 annual production rate of 19,050 mt of rare earth oxide equivalent by the end of the third quarter of 2012. The Company’s achievement of Phase 1 production will come three months ahead of the original Dec. 31, 2012 deadline that was set when the project was launched in 2010.

“I continue to be inspired and humbled by the dedication and hard work of our Molycorp family, and the more than 1,100 construction workers now building this new facility,” Smith said. “I could not be more proud of the Company’s ability to achieve these critical milestones on an accelerated basis.”

The Company said that further updates regarding Project Phoenix will be provided in Molycorp’s Q4 / year-end earnings announcement and conference call on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012.

Time counts when it comes to medical transcription and a quick TAT is important for medical transcription.

Companies providing medical transcription must follow highest quality standards in their data services and a shorter TAT as doctors take life changing decisions based on their inputs. In a highly competitive environment, companies that are slack in quality control and do not provide very accurate data in a short time are bound to lose customers.

Medical transcription is an essential support service for the healthcare providers and provides important data backup for proper diagnosis and treatment of patients. Mediscribes is among the few medical transcription companies providing good quality and reasonably priced transcription services. They have a reputation for fast and accurate TAT that results in great savings of almost 30% for their customers. Most medical transcription companies’ use highly trained staff that can transcribe data using speech recognition, voice data recorders with 95% accuracy. Higher productivity among staff, adherence to quality standards set by industry bodies like Association for Healthcare Document Integrity (AHDI) and following processes as per Six Sigma quality standards ensures strict time discipline that is an essential requirement in the medical transcription industry.

While treating patients the doctor needs up to date patient records as regards current treatment and prognosis so that the line of treatment can be changed or corrected. In case medical transcription is not quick enough there will be lapses and the patient’s treatment will be delayed resulting in health complications and in some cases even a loss of life. Also the quality of data provided through Medical Transcription impacts the quantum of reimbursement for the doctor and hence has an impact on the insurance claims of the patient as well. Therefore in the light of increasing costs of healthcare, high quality data in medical transcription is important as it impacts stakeholders like accreditation bodies, health information managers and compliance agencies that have to check records before taking important financial decisions.

Therefore, quick TAT is essential for medical transcription otherwise hospitals and doctors can terminate services of the medical transcription company resulting in a loss of business. So to avoid this company should invest in state of the art computers with the best quality software that can provide excellent medical transcription services in the shortest possible time.

The medical transcription software should be such that it is compatible with emerging technologies like smart phones and iPhones so that the doctor can get quick access to required data in the shortest possible time. This helps him take important decisions quickly based on proper and correct inputs provided by the Medical Transcription Companies. To ensure this, the company must have periodic reviews of customer requirements and update its medical transcription software accordingly. It must train its staff regularly so that they are aware of the latest medical terminology and disease conditions and can process data accurately for the convenience of the doctor. Strictly following a quality management system ensures high productivity from each transcriptionist and results in the accurate data being delivered to the customers in a fixed time frame.

Therefore the team at Mediscribes follows exacting quality standards and the shortest possible TAT with an accuracy of 98.5 % in medical transcription for ensuring greater customer satisfaction.

NelsonHall informs that the market for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in the U.K. central government sector is set for good growth at 12.6% CAAGR through to 2015l.

A recently published NelsonHall report, ‘Targeting U.K. Central Government BPO’ market analysis provides

extensive analysis of the drivers, trends and opportunities in the central government BPO market. The report finds that while the need to reduce costs to meet lower budget targets continues to be one of the main drivers for the uptick in BPO contract activity, U.K. Central Government BPO is increasingly driven by departmental/agency reorganizations & introduction of new legislation and citizens services

In response, the sector is looking to standardize back-office processes, implement channel switch in the front office for customer access, bring together disjointed service lines and restructure public bodies to eke out ever more savings from service lines.

The author of the report, Sarah Burnett, research director for NelsonHall’s Government BPO program, said: “The market has been ramping up since the dip that followed the general election in 2010. We expect BPO in central government sector in the U.K. to show strong growth in 2012 and 2013 plateauing in 2015 with growth of 12.6% CAAGR.”

“The Conservative-led coalition government will continue to press the advantage of outcome-based contracts as well as removing the taboo of public bodies thinking commercially”, says Burnett. “The increasing focus on outcomes will continue to drive alternative payment models, reducing vendor margin in the initial stages of the contract, while more commercial thinking is leading to increased levels of competition in shared services including the introduction of ISSCs”.

The report, “Targeting U.K. Central Government BPO” market analysis, consists of 57 pages. It covers:
• Changing shape of the U.K. Central Government BPO market
• Customer requirements, including market drivers and inhibitors, market segmentation, and case studies
• Market size & growth
• Vendor market shares
• Vendor offerings
• Vendor delivery
• Challenges & critical success factors, including vendor positioning by critical success factor for each market segment.

Communion in the Hand caters to human pride and preys on his ability to connect to Christ in spirit.

With the crisis in the Church ever intensifying, clergy have failed to acknowledge that at the very crux of the problem is the practice of receiving Communion in the Hand. This is a protestant practice that was introduced after Vatican II to encourage the idea of the Church being a “common priesthood,” which of course was Luther’s idea.

However, the faithful have no authorization from On High to touch the Host as if they were priests, regardless of what is allowed today as common law. That is, they are not consecrated to handle or administer the Blessed Sacrament, so that if they do, a sacrilege is committed.

This in turn brings on spiritual repercussions and draws the plague of the devil upon the church, so that what is fostered is not only impurity of thought and action (evidenced by all the abuse and display of indecency in church), but casual and heretical notions about the Sacrament and the Holy Sacrifice (e.g. the Eucharist is holy bread, the Mass is a meal, the Mass is a community gathering, etc). If Catholics today no longer believe that the Eucharist is the Creator Himself in person, it is because of this diabolical practice that has cheapened their religion and nurtured this apostate mentality.

Communion in the hand caters to human pride and warps our conception of Jesus Christ. It serves no other purpose than to nourish a disbelief and contempt for Christ in the Eucharist. It promotes personal uncleanness and fosters the general mentality of transgressing into forbidden realms (touching that which we ought not), which also calls to mind the transgression of Eve when she rose up in her pride and partook of the forbidden fruit.

However, the author of both is the devil who is given great strength to work among us in the Church through this practice. Satan’s objective is to destroy the monarchical concept of the Church where Christ is no longer seen as the King of kings reigning within His palace. The aim of progressives is to cast mockery upon His divinity where He is seen instead as a mere man who had brothers and sisters, and Communion in the hand has been the major tool in their hands wherewith to advance this heresy.

The faithful would do well to consider the conduct of Moses when he approached the burning bush in the mount. The Lord ordered him to put off his sandals because he was on holy ground. And “Moses hid his face: for he durst not look at God.” (Exodus 3:6) And to think that this was only a manifestation of God’s presence, not an actual physical presence.

With how much greater reverence must we approach the altar where the Creator Himself dwells day and night in full Body and Spirit? Shall we mock Him and do a little dance for Him (guitar mass) and then stick our dirty hands out and try to make the Lord of Hosts our pet wafer? God Forbid!!

Thanks to Communion in the hand, members of satanic cults are now given easy access to come into the Church and take the Host so that they bring it back to their covens where it is abused and brutalized in the ritualistic Black Mass to satan. They crush the Host under their shoes as a mockery to the living God, and we assist it with our casual practice? Among themselves the satanists declare that Communion in the hand is the greatest thing that ever happened to them, and we do nothing to stop it?

It is for this and other reasons that the Holy Father, Benedict XVI, is attempting at this time to reverse this practice, which means that the bishops should not resist his designs. The pope does not want the faithful receiving Communion in their hand nor does he want them standing to receive. According to Vatican liturgist Monsignor Guido Marini, the pope is trying to set the stage for the entire church as to the proper norm for receiving Communion, for which reason communicants at his papal Masses are now asked to kneel and receive on the tongue.

“Kneeling highlights the truth of the Real Presence in the Eucharist, helps the devotion of the faithful, and introduces the sense of mystery more easily,” Marini told L’Osservatore Romano on June 26, 2008.

This is confirmed by Pope Benedict himself: “We Christians kneel before the Blessed Sacrament because, therein, we know and believe to be the presence of the One True God.” (May 22, 2008) The pope offered the following as the single greatest remedy against the New Order of pride which presently predominates in the Church:

“Kneeling in adoration before the Eucharist is the most valid and radical remedy against the idolatries of yesterday and today”

—Benedict XVI, May 22, 2008

The pope’s initiative is in accord with the Church’s 2000 year tradition and is being done in order to foster a renewed love and respect for the Eucharist which presently is being

mocked and treated with contempt. The various trends and innovations since Vatican II (guitar liturgy, altar girls, lay ministers, Communion in the hand) have worked together to destroy our regard for the Eucharist, thus advancing the spiritual death of the Church. After all, the Eucharist is the very life and heartbeat of the Mystical Body around which the entire Church must revolve.

Kneeling directly coincides then with the Church’s centuries old ordinance that only the consecrated hands of a priest touch the Body of Christ in Holy Communion.

“To priests alone has been given power to consecrate and administer to the faithful, the Holy Eucharist.” (Council of Trent) This teaching is beautifully expressed by St. Thomas Aquinas in his Summa Theologica:

“Because out of reverence towards this Sacrament, nothing touches it, but what is consecrated; hence the corporal and the chalice are consecrated, and likewise the priest’s hands, for touching this Sacrament.”

It is for reason that Pope Paul VI in his May 1969 pastoral letter to the world’s bishops reaffirmed the Church’s teaching on the reception of Communion, stating: “This method on the tongue must be retained.” (Memoriale Domini) This came in response to the bishops of Holland who started Communion in the hand in defiance of the centuries old decree from the Council of Rouen (650 A.D.) where this practice was condemned. “Do not put the Eucharist in the hands of any lay person, but only in their mouths.” To date this age old prohibition has never been legally overturned.

Today Communion in the hand is carried on illicitly as a “common law” practice and has become a major tool of the enemy to destroy the Faith throughout the world. This practice has served no other purpose than to nurture contempt for Christ in the sacred mysteries. It is no wonder St. Basil referred to Communion in the hand as “a grave fault”. That is to say, Communion in the hand is not tied to Catholic Tradition. This practice was first introduced to the Church by the heretical Arians of the Third Century as a means of

expressing their belief that Christ was not divine. Unfortunately, it has served to express the same in our time and has been at the very heart of the present heresy and desecration that is rampant throughout the universal Church. If we have ‘abuse’ problems today it is because we’re abusing the sacrament—it’s backfiring on us!

Hence, the Holy Father is doing his part to try to purge the Church of abuse and we as members of Christ are called upon to assist him. His designs for the reception of Communion are nicely reflected in a statement by Cardinal Canizares Llovera, the prefect for the Vatican’s Congregation for Divine Worship and Discipline of the Sacraments, speaking to Life Site News on July 22, 2009: “It is the mission of the Congregation for Divine Worship and Sacraments to work to promote Pope Benedict’s emphasis on the traditional practices of liturgy, such as reception of Communion on the tongue while kneeling.”

The pope’s plan to have the faithful receive in the traditional manner is not a mandate, but bishops and clergy are nonetheless bound to follow his lead. Unfortunately, the practice of kneeling for Communion is discouraged in many dioceses and in some cases is even banned, though the faithful are not required to honor this.

In an interview in December, 2008, Cardinal Llovera spoke concerning the best way to receive the Eucharist: “What does it mean to receive Communion in the mouth? What does it mean to kneel before the Most Holy Sacrament? What does it mean to kneel during the Consecration at Mass? It means adoration, it means recognizing the real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist; it means respect and an attitude of faith of a man who prostrates before God because he knows that everything comes from Him… That is why it is not the same to place in the hand, and to receive communion in any fashion than doing it in a respectful way; it is not the same to receive communion kneeling or standing up, because all these signs indicate a profound meaning.”

Hence, today’s crisis revolves around the Church’s failure to recognize the Divine Presence of Jesus Christ in the tabernacle, this being the end fruit of reform. And whereas the single greatest remedy is to universally restore the high altar where the Mass is again said facing the tabernacle (ad orientum), the next best thing is to return to our knees before the Holy Eucharist. Without this basic humility before the Eucharist our efforts at restoration are vain. The most orthodox thing that one can do is to abase himself before God in the Eucharist, without which there is no orthodoxy. For those who would approach the Eucharist in a casual, nonchalant manner, let them consider the warning of St. Paul in Holy Scripture:

“Whosoever shall eat this bread, or drink the chalice of the Lord unworthily, shall be guilty of the Body and of the Blood of the Lord … For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh judgment to himself, not discerning the

Body of the Lord.” (1 Corinthians 11:27, 28)
